This punch is similar to a Blue Haiwiian drink just slightly different. We made this for our New Year's Eve party.For the punch, one large bowl, two small bowls is needed. Start by pouring the blue curacao followed by the coconut rum (Malibu is recommended). Next you can pour the pineapple juice along with the cream of coconut juice in the bowl. If you wish you can put the pineapple and cream of coconut juice in the blender for a smoother texture. If you are in a hurry, add ice immediately. If not, let it sit in the fridge for a few hours. To spice up the punch a bit sliced fruit is a nice touch. We used pineapple slices, kiwi, maraschino cherries and star fruit. Have fun with it!
